Car: 1967 Beaumont Custom Convertible
My 1967 Beaumont Custom convertible had been sitting in my neighbours car port for quite a while. After driving by and spotting it on the street, I stopped to see if they had any plans for it. The people who owned the car had received it from a man who did most of the restoration work while off work because of an accident.
The car had 60,000 miles showing on the odometer when they bought the car and they drove it everyday till it turned over 100,000 miles. They used to let their son load the trunk with garbage and drive it to the curb. He had misjudged the carport and smacked the front end up. Anyway I bought the car and hope to repaint and do some interior work this year (1999).
