Car: 1964 Malibu Convertible

My 1964 Malibu convertible I just happened on also. It was ordered in late 1963 by a couple who lived in New Westminster. They had taken one trip in the car to Kamloops. The husband passed away soon after. The wife kept the car for almost thirty five years. The car has 79,000 original miles on it, paint and everything is stock original.

The mechanic who looked at the car once I bought it is sure the original spark plugs were still in the engine. The seats still had the 1963 factory tags on them. This car is like going back in time. The original bill of sale was still in the glove box.

The original paint colour is Saddle Tan with a Saddle vinyl interior. The car came equipped with a 283 V8 engine mated to a powerglide automatic transmission. As you can see from above there are not a lot of options on my Malibu.
